    beautiful location
    great food
    comfortable room
    noisy doors
    late breakfast

we loved our stay here, the views from the room were stunning and it was so comfy. the café and farm shop made things easy after a long drive, the food was super tasty too. the welcome hamper with snacks was a really nice touch. even though there was a wedding happening, we weren’t disturbed at all!

the internal fire doors were a bit noisy and could wake you up in the early hours. also, breakfast not being served until 9am was a little late for us.

beautiful nature, artisan shop, lovely grounds

Access to Bodnant Gardens needs improvement!!! A safer walking path is needed to avoid the traffic. The lack of local transportation options makes it challenging for non-driving guests to explore!!! Facilities need thorough cleaning and attention.

    breathtaking grounds
    thoughtful touch
    fantastic view
    transportation challenge
    limited bar hours

The grounds of the Farmhouse are breathtaking, surrounded by stunning nature. I loved the artisan shop and the lovely restaurant on-site. My room had a fantastic view of the mountains, and the little welcome gift of fruits was a thoughtful touch. I also appreciated the proximity to the Bodnant Gardens, which is a must-visit, though the 1.5-hour walk could be tough for some. The café and farm shop made it easy to grab a meal or a snack after a day of exploring. I found the lack of a local bus service made getting around quite challenging. The bar’s limited opening hours on Mondays and Tuesdays was a slight downside, as I would have enjoyed a drink without needing to travel far. really loved my stay and would return for the beautiful surroundings and charming accommodations.

    beautiful surroundings
    late breakfast service

The location is wonderful, right next to the magnificent gardens, making it a perfect spot for family explorations. Our kids loved the artisan shop and the chance to see various farm animals up close, truly enhancing their experience. The views from our room were breathtaking, making our stay feel like a retreat.

Breakfast not being served until 9 AM was a little late for our morning plans.

    stunning views
    beautiful grounds
    lovely evening
    poor soundproofing

We loved exploring the beautiful grounds and enjoyed a lovely evening with a 3-course meal and canapés. The views from our Twin Room Disability Access were stunning, adding a lovely touch to our stay, especially with my elderly parents in tow.

In my wife’s opinion, rooms could use better soundproofing.

    welcome basket

It was just a top selection for one night in Conwy with real value for money. The staff were friendly and surprised us with a lovely welcome basket of Welsh treats, which was a great touch. Make sure to check local dining options in advance, as nearby places can be busy.

The Farmhouse offers a stunning view over the river and the gorgeous surrounding nature. The staff were friendly and provided a lovely surprise basket of Welsh treats. Although breakfast isn't served until 9 AM, the café’s coffee and cake were enjoyable. Parking can be tricky to find initially.
